The Peppermill Café is a coffee shop that offers a variety of meals and condiments that compliments our country's rich resources and adds global tastes and smells to transform a simple act into a life-changing experience. A fresh taste of the world! The menu is divided into two, starts with a good morning breakfast: eggs, bacon, fruit, croissants, omelettes and pouched egg topped with Hollandaise sauce (mmm you cant go wrong!), and the 'all day' favourite - toasted treats; traditional toasted sandwiches with a little something new. Followed by that is the serious stuff for the serious appetite; first up is lovely open plan whole-wheat seed loaf or ciabattas topped with anything from Pastrami to Cajun Chicken to Humus and Bean Sprouts. Then Salad Bowl with Caprese, Carppaccio, Pesto Pasta and Pampoen that is followed with light snack choices of Pate's, Mezze Boards, Ploughman's Lunch and Chilli Poppers. Finally we end it with a good plate of food; global burgers, chicken tikka, calamari and pasta. And of course ladies, not forgetting the home made and baked cakes and fruit smoothies that change on a regular basis and a good brew to end the finale. All of this and much more can be enjoyed in the tranquil tea garden or the vibrant dining area where people are treated like VIP'S! The Mill Centre, where the shop is located, offers the biggest Mohair and textile shop, Porcupine Ceramics and a family friendly facility, where the kids can interact with Angora Goats and play on a large play area. | |||
